The concept of 'Revolved solid: rectangular' defines a revolved solid (IfcAttDrivenRevolvedSolid) with one revolved segment using a rectangular profile (IfcRectangleProfileDef). The revolved solid is defined by a center point (revolvment axis) and a start and end angle. The start angle is always zero, because only revolved solids with one segment are supported.

The solid may not be slanted. Please see the documentation of the building elements using this concept for a definition what slanted/not slanted means in the context of each building element.
